Hämmerling sausages follow traditional German recipes passed down through generations. According to the German Food Association, authentic Bratwurst dates back to 1315 in Thuringia. Our Nürnberger follows the protected geographic indication standards from Nuremberg, using natural sheep casings and the precise 7-10cm length specification that has remained unchanged for over 700 years. We use imported German spice blends and traditional preparation methods to ensure every bite tastes like it came from a German butcher shop.
Our sausages are made with premium pork and are not halal. Our R&D team is exploring halal-certified beef/lamb/chicken options for future launches.
Store frozen at -18°C for up to 6 months. For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Cook from chilled: pan-fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, or grill for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 74°C. The natural casings will give a satisfying snap when properly cooked. Avoid pricking the sausages before cooking to retain juices and flavor.
We deliver throughout the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) with same-day or next-day delivery. For other states, we offer frozen shipping via refrigerated logistics. All deliveries use insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure your sausages arrive frozen. Full delivery coverage and shipping rates will be announced at launch. We're working to expand coverage to Johor, Penang, and other major cities within our first year.
We use premium local pork shoulder, natural casings, and imported German spices. Our Bratwurst contains: pork (85%), salt, marjoram, white pepper, caraway, ginger, and natural pork casing. No fillers, no preservatives, no MSG — just authentic German flavor. Our commitment is simple: if you wouldn't find it in a traditional German recipe, you won't find it in our sausages.
